These are not “beliefs” but “knowings” based on personal experience and Divine Guidance.

1. Everything in the universe is comprised of energy vibrating at different rates. Healing results with a shift toward a higher, more spiritual frequency of vibration.
2. Since we are more than a physical body and illness affects all aspects of our being, healing must go far deeper than the body. Curing diseases is not sufficient to bring forth permanent, complete healing.
3. Perfect healing occurs when we do not resist, but are open to receiving that which brings forth the highest good for us and the world. Therefore, healing may not manifest in the body.
4. Our essence is divine, perfect, whole, all-knowing, and all-powerful. This infinite potential within us is the source of our healing force and is therefore unlimited.
5. Experiences create our reality; i.e., biography begets biology. To heal, pain from past experiences and fears about future events must be transformed and released.
6. When all aspects of our being (body, mind, heart, and soul) are in alignment, we experience peace and harmony. Healing releases tension and helps to create alignment.
7. The universe operates in perfect, divine order. Healing is an unconditional gift that occurs naturally when we are in sync with the universal flow of life.
8. Since we understand and respond to life’s experience in our own unique way, each person’s healing will be different from that of anyone else and perfect for them.
9. Since we are part of the whole and function as one, our healing brings forth healing to others and the entire world.
10. Our earthly experiences empower us to grow and heal, to become more awake and aware. Therefore, healing is actually an increase in consciousness.
11. By living fully in the NOW we become spiritually awakened. Healing occurs as we are fully immersed in the present moment.
12. Erroneous thoughts and belief systems block healing and the realization of perfect health. By freeing the mind from false beliefs, we change our life situation so that we can experience wellness and wholeness.
13. The only power present in the universe is Love. Healing occurs when love is expressed, recognized and embraced. Fear is the absence of love and blocks the healing process.
